부산의 중심 쏘타스위트 부산 서면에 오신 것을 환영합니다. 편리한 투숙을 위하여 아래와 같이 안내해 드립니다.
안내사항
- 호텔 체크인/체크아웃은 비대면으로 운영되고 있습니다.
- 비대면 체크아웃 : 객실 이용 후 모바일 키에 (체크아웃 요청) 버튼을 눌러주세요.
- 2박 이상 숙박 시 전날 22시까지 모바일 키 내 (청소 요청) 버튼을 눌러 주시면 다음날 청소가 진행됩니다. 요청이 없을 경우 객실 정비에서 제외됩니다.
- 2024년 3월 29일 이후 숙박시설 일회용품 무상 제공이 금지되어 있습니다.
- 쏘타스위트 부산 서면은 친환경 정책을 실천하고 있습니다. 객실 내 세팅된 타월 외 추가시 1장당 추가 비용이 발생됩니다.(2박 이상 연박의 경우 프론트로 별도 문의 부탁드립니다.)
- 와이파이 비밀번호는 nosmoking1@ 입니다.
- 회, 해산물, 치킨 등 부패가 빠르거나 냄새가 나는 음식의 경우 음식물 처리 시 프론트 데스크로 문의 주시기 바랍니다.

- 피트니스 : 29층 라운지 | 06:00 - 21:00 | 운동복과 운동화 착용 필수 입니다. 음주시 이용이 제한됩니다.
- 스크린 골프 : 지하 1층 | 준비중 입니다.
주의사항
- 객실 내 취사 및 흡연은 금지되어 있으며 위반 시 1박 요금과 추가로 특별 청소 비용 10만원이 부과 됩니다.
- 객실 정원 초과 투숙은 불능합니다.
- 다중 이용 시설로 지나친 음주, 고성방가로 인한 컴플레인 지속 시 강제 퇴실 조치됩니다.
- 반려동물 동반 입실은 불가하며 발견 시 강제 퇴실 조치됩니다.
- 보호자를 동반하지 않는 미성년자 혼숙 및 음주 적발 시 강제 퇴실 조치됩니다.
- 고객의 과실로 인한 객실 훼손 혹은 가구 파손 발생 시 복구에 대한 비용이 청구될 수 있습니다.

Welcome to SOTA Suite Busan Seomyeon, located in the heart of Busan.For a more convenient stay, please refer to the following information.
Guest Information
- Check-in and check-out are operated through a contactless system.
- Contactless Check-out: After using the room, please press the 'Check-out Request' button on the mobile key.
- Housekeeping Service for Stays of 2 or More Nights : If you would like your room to be cleaned, please press the 'Cleaning Request' button on the mobile key by 10 PM the night before. If no request is made, housekeeping will not be provided.
- As of March 29, 2024, complimentary disposable amenities are no longer provided.
- Sota Suite Busan Seomyeon follows an eco-friendly policy.Additional towels beyond the standard room setting will incur an extra charge per towel. For stays of 2 or more nights, please contact the front desk for further inquiries.

- For perishable or strong-smelling foods such as sashimi, seafood, or fried chicken, please consult the front desk for proper disposal.

Important Notices
- Cooking and smoking inside the rooms are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in a one-night room charge plus a KRW 100,000 special cleaning fee.
- The entire building, including balconies, is a non-smoking area. Please smoke outside the building.
- Overoccupancy is not allowed in guest rooms.
- As a shared facility, excessive drinking, loud noises, or disturbances may lead to forced eviction.
- Pets are not allowed, and if found, guests will be required to leave immediately.
- Minors without a guardian and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. If discovered, guests will be forcibly removed from the premises.
- Any damages to the room or furniture due to guest negligence may result in additional charges for repairs.
