Guest Information
- Check-in and check-out are operated through a contactless system.
- Contactless Check-out: After your stay, please press the “Check-out Request” button on the mobile key.
- Please note that housekeeping staff may enter your room after 11:00 AM.
- For stays of two nights or more, press the “Cleaning Request” button on the mobile key by 10 PM the day before to receive housekeeping. No request will result in no cleaning service.
- Each floor’s shared kitchen (next to Room 26) has an ice and water dispenser.
- Microwave ovens are available in shared kitchens on the 4th, 8th, 12th, 15th, and 19th floors.
- Starting from March 29, 2024, complimentary disposable amenities are no longer provided. Please bring your own toiletries except for shampoo and body wash. A vending machine is available on the 2nd floor for purchase.
- As part of our eco-friendly initiative, additional towels beyond the basic setup are charged per piece. For long stays, please inquire at the front desk.

- Due to the hotel’s coastal location, insects may enter through the balcony screen. Please avoid keeping the balcony door open for long periods or when leaving the room. (Turning off balcony lights can help prevent insects.)
- Kitchenwave (2F): Petit breakfast buffet is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (last admission).
- World Beer Pub (2F): Enjoy over 30 kinds of bottled beers along with food from Kitchenwave. Currently, we are offering a 3+1 beer promotion. (Open from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, subject to change.)

Important Notices
- Cooking and smoking in rooms are strictly prohibited. A penalty of one night’s room rate plus KRW 100,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
- Smoking is only permitted outside the building. All areas including balconies are non-smoking.
- Overoccupancy is not allowed in guest rooms.
- Excessive drinking or loud noise complaints may result in eviction without a refund.
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing pets may result in immediate eviction.
- Minors without guardians and underage drinking are prohibited and will result in eviction.
- Any damage to the room or furniture due to guest negligence may incur repair or replacement charges.
