쏘타스위트 양양 그랑베이에 오신 것을 환영합니다. 편리한 투숙을 위하여 아래와 같이 안내해 드립니다.

안내사항

호텔 체크인/체크아웃은 비대면으로 운영되고 있습니다.
비대면 체크아웃 : 객실 이용 후 모바일 키에 (체크아웃 요청) 버튼을 눌러주세요.
오전 11시 이후 룸메이드 직원이 객실 문을 열 수 있는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
2박 이상 숙박 시 전날 22시까지 모바일 키 내 (청소 요청) 버튼을 눌러 주시면 다음날 청소가 진행됩니다. 요청이 없을 경우 객실 정비에서 제외됩니다.
각 층마다 공동주방(26호 라인쪽)내에 얼음 정수기가 구비되어 있으니 참고 부탁드립니다.
4층, 8층, 12층, 15층, 19층 공동주방에 전자렌지가 구비되어 있습니다.
2024년 3월 29일 이후 숙박시설 일회용품 무상 제공이 금지되어 있습니다. 삼푸&바디워시 외 용품은 직접 준비해 주셔야 합니다. 구매를 원하시는 고객님은 2층 로비 자판기 이용을 부탁드립니다.
쏘타스위트 양양 그랑베이는 친환경 정책을 실천하고 있습니다. 객실 내 세팅된 타월 외 추가시 1장당 추가 비용이 발생됩니다. (2박 이상 연박의 경우 프론트로 별도 문의 부탁드립니다.)

바닷가 특성 상 벌레들이 많습니다. 벌레들이 방충망 사이로 들어올 수 잇어 베란다 문을 장시간 열어두거나 열어둔 채로 외출 삼가해주시기 바랍니다. (발코니 전등을 소등 해주셔야 벌레들이 들어오지 않습니다.)
키친웨이브: 2층에서 쁘띠 조식 뷔페를 운영하고 있습니다. (오전 7시 ~ 오전 10시, 마지막 입장)
세계 맥주 펍 : 2층 ‘키친웨이브'에서 포장해 온 음식과 함께 세계 병맥주 약 30여종을 만나볼 수 있습니다. 병맥주 3+1 행사 중이오니, 많은 이용 부탁드립니다. (오후6시 - 오후11시, 변동가능)

주의사항

객실 내 취사 및 흡연은 금지되어 있으며 위반 시 1박 요금과 추가로 특별 청소 비용 10만원이 부과 됩니다.
발코니를 포함한 건물 전체 금연으로 흡연은 건물 외부에서 부탁드립니다.
규정된 최대인원 초과 투숙이 불가합니다.
다중 이용 시설로 지나친 음주, 고성방가로 인한 컴플레인 지속 시 강제 퇴실 조치됩니다.
반려동물 동반 입실은 불가하며 발견 시 강제 퇴실 조치됩니다.
보호자를 동반하지 않는 미성년자 혼숙 및 음주 적발 시 강제 퇴실 조치됩니다.
고객의 과실로 인한 객실 훼손 혹은 가구 파손 발생 시 복구에 대한 비용이 청구될 수 있습니다.

Guest Information

Check-in and check-out are operated through a contactless system.
Contactless Check-out: After your stay, please press the “Check-out Request” button on the mobile key.
Please note that housekeeping staff may enter your room after 11:00 AM.
For stays of two nights or more, press the “Cleaning Request” button on the mobile key by 10 PM the day before to receive housekeeping. No request will result in no cleaning service.
Each floor’s shared kitchen (next to Room 26) has an ice and water dispenser.
Microwave ovens are available in shared kitchens on the 4th, 8th, 12th, 15th, and 19th floors.
Starting from March 29, 2024, complimentary disposable amenities are no longer provided. Please bring your own toiletries except for shampoo and body wash. A vending machine is available on the 2nd floor for purchase.
As part of our eco-friendly initiative, additional towels beyond the basic setup are charged per piece. For long stays, please inquire at the front desk.

Due to the hotel’s coastal location, insects may enter through the balcony screen. Please avoid keeping the balcony door open for long periods or when leaving the room. (Turning off balcony lights can help prevent insects.)
Kitchenwave (2F): Petit breakfast buffet is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (last admission).
World Beer Pub (2F): Enjoy over 30 kinds of bottled beers along with food from Kitchenwave. Currently, we are offering a 3+1 beer promotion. (Open from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, subject to change.)

Important Notices

Cooking and smoking in rooms are strictly prohibited. A penalty of one night’s room rate plus KRW 100,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
Smoking is only permitted outside the building. All areas including balconies are non-smoking.
Overoccupancy is not allowed in guest rooms.
Excessive drinking or loud noise complaints may result in eviction without a refund.
Pets are not allowed. Bringing pets may result in immediate eviction.
Minors without guardians and underage drinking are prohibited and will result in eviction.
Any damage to the room or furniture due to guest negligence may incur repair or replacement charges.
